Since we have a lot of chicken in the freezer, I look in the internet the easy recipe for our dinner tonight. I found this at kraft.com and it’s pretty easy to make and my hubby just love it. It don’t have a lot of engridients which I like so much. I recorded a good movie earlier and hopefully we can watch it when Rachel is sleeping.

I’m so glad that Rachel like her new food tonight.  I just started giving her mini ravioli and she seem to like it.  Lately she’s being so picky and it’s hard for me to feed her.  Good thing, she eat the ravioli and maybe later I can give her some yogurt.  My hubby baked pumpkin pie tonight but I’m not gonna eat because I’m so full.  We both had bagels with cheese, eggs and bacon.  It was so good that I had two pieces to eat.

Since Rachel is getting picky with her food I boiled some fresh vegetable for her.  She never like baby food anymore and it worries me if she doesn’t eat any of her meal.  But tonight I’m so glad because she just like the food I made for her.  My hubby and I had fish fillet with fries on the side.  It’s been so windy today and we went to visit my in-laws this afternoon.  Again, their so happy to see Rachel.

I got all the stuff ready to cook. Tonight, were having lasagna and garlic bread. I got this recipe from my in-laws. Hopefully my hubby will like it. I never bake lasagna before and I’m excited to make this tonight. As for Rachel, my hubby said she can eat it if she like it.

I was surprise that hubby bought a dozen mangos tonight.  He went to the store to get some milk and he saw a lot of mangos at the entrance.   Since he knows that I love them, he grab some.  So Rachel and I were eating mangos right now and after this I will put her to bed.  It’s past her bed time already.

We just got back from shopping at walmart.  Rachel needed some yogurt and milk.  I forgot to bring my grocery list with me so I ended up getting stuff that I don’t really need and missed a lot of stuff that I need.  But anyway, I had some leftovers from the get together earlier this afternoon with my friends.  I’m so glad that hubby like the food that I brought for him.

Almost midnight and I put Rachel to bed.  I was trying to sleep but I can’t.  My hubby is busy playing Wii and I told him I want to eat boiled eggs tonight.  He just laugh at me.  It’s almost midnight and I was craving for some eggs.  Well, I guess I need to boiled my eggs so I can eat them.  Maybe after, it will help me sleep better.

We watched American Idol tonight and I just love what Anop did.  I’m beginning to like him  and what he did was just amazing.  I was really surprised and didn’t expect him to be so good tonight.  I always love the song and I first heard it by Micheal Buble.  But anyway,  it’s pretty late here already and I just put Rachel down to her bed.  Her sleeping schedule is really mixed up now because of our trip.

It’s past midnight here and Rachel still wide awake.  Her sleeping schedule was totally mixed up with our trip.  Hopefully when we get back to Denver, everything will go back to normal.  Right now, she’s busy watching her favorite Barney.  My hubby is sleeping so good while I’m chatting with my folks.  I getting sleepy already and I will probably go to bed after I chat with my family.

Yesterday, my youngest daughter, Halle, who is 4, was rushed to the emergency room by her father for being severely lethargic and incoherent. He was called to her school by the school secretary for bei ng ‘very VERY sick…’

He told me that when he arrived, Halle was barely sitting in the chair. She couldn’t hold her own head up and when he looked into her eyes, she couldn’t focus them. He immediately scooped her up and rushed her to the ER, and then called me. When we got there, they ran blood test after blood test and did x-rays, every test imaginable. Her white blood cell count was normal, nothing was out of the ordinary. The ER doctor told us that he had done everything that he could do so he was sending her to Saint Francis for further tests. Right when we were leaving in the ambulance, her teacher came to the ER and, after questioning Halle’s classmates, we found out that she had licked hand sanitizer off her hand. Hand sanitizer, of all things.

But it makes sense. These days they have all kinds of different scents and when you have a curious child, they are going to put all kinds of things into their mouths. When we arrived at Saint Francis, we told the ER doctor there to check her blood alcohol level, and yes we did get weird looks, but they did it. The results showed her blood alcohol level was 85% — six hours after we first took her. There’s no telling what it would have been if we would have requested it at the first ER.

Since then, her school and a fe w surrounding schools have taken this out of the classrooms of all the lower grade classes, but what’s to stop middle and high schoolers from ingesting the stuff? After doing research on the Internet, we have found out that it only takes 3 squirts of the stuff to be fatal in a toddler. For her blood alcohol level to be so high was to compare someone her size to drinking something 120 proof. So please PLEASE don’t disregard this because I don’t ever want anyone else to go through what my family and I have gone through. Please send this to everyone you know who has children or are going to be having children. It doesn’t matter what age.

Just got back from the store.   I forgot that were running out of milk for Rachel.  I went back to the store and get some.  It’s been so busy for me today.  My hubby and I decided to take a short trip to New Mexico.  Tomorrow will be heading at noon time and it takes 6 to 7 hours drive.   Oops, got to go now and need to get the stuff done.

We just got back from bowling.  My hubby did pretty good tonight.  Rachel and I just watched him while we were eating.   I decided to eat at the bowling alley tonight because I forgot to cook rice.  I had club sandwich and french fries on the side.  It was good but pretty pricey.  I paid almost ten bucks but what the heck, I was hungry.   But anyway, it snowed this morning when I woke up.  I was planning to go out for a walk but it’s chilly out.

I cooked pork adobo tonight.  I was surprised how my hubby like it.  He seldom eat Filipino food, I was planning to cook him hamburger.  I was busy in the kitchen cooking and he said, it smell good.  He wants to try some of pork adobo.  I was really happy and save my time for cooking him a  hamburger.

Just got back from my friends house.  It’s very late here now and Rachel is getting tired.  I will try to update more tomorrow.  But for now, I will just have to say, it was such a very busy day for us.  Good night everyone and enjoy your weekend.

One of my friend called me and ask me to confirm if I can come this friday .  Since I don’t have any plan, I told her I’m coming.  It’s not that close but one of my friends will pick me up here and my hubby will watch Rachel while I’m gone.  I love going out to parties with friends because there’s a lot of food, mostly filipino food.  Since hubby doesn’t like my kind of food I only cook it for myself but not very often. Instead I cook american food most of the time.  I’m beginning to adopt it but I need to eat rice one a day or else I will get a headache.
