Acne

Most people that have serious acne try to use creams and medicines on the skin where your acne is. That does not have much of a lasting effect because in order to get rid of acne you should cleanse your body of the toxins that are the root cause of your acne. Most acne is caused from things in your diet, stress, or your body’s inability to brake down the toxins. There are many acne remedies but the diet is the most important. One major cause of acne is non organic milk. Sometimes the cows are given growth hormones in order to increase their milk production. They also feed the cows with non organic milk which causes the cows hormones to be out if imbalance. It is best if you have acne to drink non organic milk. There are many other things in your diet that may be causing the acne such as white breads and cooking with certain oils. The first thing you should do is to cleanse your body of the toxins that are causing the acne. You do that from the inside out. After that you should modify your diet and add things such as apples and pears which help your colon to break down the toxins.
