Most of our body aches and pains result from being dehydrated. The body is composed of 70% water.   1. I am such a sucker for “vitamin waters,” and really bad at actually drinking real water. Trying to be better at hydrating. Off to have a glass now, thanks for the reminder.

  2. It still feels like summer here in the Philippines, and with the kind of weather that we’re having, I reckon I go beyond eight glasses of water a day. Coconut water is also a good option. I can finish a liter of that in one sitting, haha! 🙂

  3. I’ve heard so much about this drink and I think it’s awesome. It will help you beat dehydration especially when you’re playing sports during the summer. It could take a toll on our health and with body armor, you’re sure that you’ll be hydrated.

  4. I think its great if you have an aversion to water. My husband could use something like this but hates things that aren’t carbonated.

So many people focus on calories for different diets and health in general, but I’ve been lowering my carb intake lately and I think many would also be curious to know. Thanks
