• 1 (14 ounce) package Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, diagonally cut into 1/4-inch slices
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 1 medium onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 cups green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1/2 teaspoon grind pepper
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
1. Saute sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Add canola oil, onion, peppers and grind pepper, cooking until tender, about 3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese
4. serve over hot cooked rice or garlic bread what ever you prefer
