The BEST Swimming Lessons for Kids of All Ages

Our eight-year old daughter, Rachel, has really wanted to learn how to swim for a long time. My hubby tried to teach her how to swim at our local recreation center, but we didn’t really see the results that she wanted.  Luckily, one of my friends told me recently that private swimming lessons really helped her kids learn the fundamentals and techniques to swim properly. Also, she said they also taught her kids a lot about safety when it comes to being around water and being in a pool. She told us SafeSplash Swim School offers lessons for kids of all ages and she was really impressed with the progression for her son and daughter.

After talking with my hubby and our daughter, we decided to sign Rachel up for four private lessons. I can’t tell you how excited she was before her lessons started, but she admitted she was also very nervous.  SafeSplash was very kind to offer us complimentary private lessons so we could share our experience with all of my readers. Rachel was doing really great after her first two lessons, and she did even better when she practiced what she learned in between her last two lessons. We didn’t realize she had a fear of jumping in the water or being in the water by herself until she told her instructor, which explained why she was so nervous at first.

By the way, our instructor, Ashley, is really amazing when it comes to teaching boys and girls of different ages. She knows all the safety lessons that need to be taught and which swimming skills to start teaching right away. We were so impressed with how much our daughter learned after just four lessons, not to mention her fear of water has totally disappeared. The parents of other students we met while attending the lessons told us how much their kids were progressing as well and how much they enjoyed the lessons just like our daughter. Swimming lessons with SafeSplash is an option every parent should consider when it comes to the best way for their children to learn how to swim and be safe while doing it.

I received complimentary private lessons for reviewing purposes only. All written content is 100% original.

  6. These look like great lessons! My son has been in swim classes since he was nine months, and I think it is so important to start early. It is such great exercise and a wonderful way to teach them to be safe in the water.

  7. All my children are water babies and they learned to swim on their own. They developed other swimming skills because they opted for swimming class for phys ed. I am glad that your daughter took swimming lessons with SafeSplash.
