I have a little girl and since she is always used to being entertained, a boring school lunch just isn’t appealing to her anymore. How I get my daughter to appreciate the healthier foods is the method of packing her sandwiches with bread that contain whole grains. I learned that making her lunch into artistic designs distract her from the fact that she is consuming something that is also benefiting her health. This is something about 75% of moms are already doing so their children eat nutritiously.

00078700802378CFI use Nature’s Harvest® Honey Wheat bread which is on rollback for $1.97 at Walmart. The bread made by Nature’s Harvest that’s available at Walmart includes 8g of whole grains per serving. All are a good choice in my opinion, and you can see which ones are legitimate because all Nature’s Harvest bread carries the whole grain stamp. This makes the Nature’s Harvest brand is the easy choice for whole grains! Whether made with Whole Grain White, Honey Wheat-or any other variety, moms like myself are always sure it’s made with whole grains because it says Nature’s Harvest. There will be a way you can get these breads for free by filling out a simple survey. (You will have to be 18 years or older to participate)

Not only does this give her many health benefits, but she will also be that cool kid at school with the mom that makes the awesome looking lunches! By using healthy ingredients I can make sandwiches that my daughter loves. Natural whole wheat bread has 8 grams of whole grains, no artificial flavors, and also no high fructose corn syrup. My daughter is the healthiest she has ever been and I it to this awesome technique of turning healthy foods into art. This will be super effective when going back to school! My daughter comes home and instead of asking for a bowl of ice cream she asks me to make her one of those cool snacks that looks like her lunch.

With school and everything just starting up again this summer this is also a method you may possibly want to spread around to your peers. This method is a practical way to spread health and wellness while also giving the kids something to look forward to every single day at lunch. I love watching my daughter’s face light up when she sees what I have packed her for lunch for that day. When she opens it again at school, it reminds her that her mommy loves her and misses her very much. I love this so much because the hardest part of lunch used to be getting my daughter to eat healthy, but now it’s choosing what new design I get to create for her. Her reactions to each new meal that I create are truly priceless and the feeling that it gives me as a mother can never be replaced by anything else.

As I was doing thorough research on this brand, I found that in a nationwide survey of moms with children ages four to thirteen, they learned nearly half of moms are concerned about their children’s nutrition and that 52 percent consider whole grains one of the most important nutritional considerations when purchasing food at the grocery store.

HERE is to the survey that you can take in order to get multiple of these loafs of Natures Harvest Bread for free. You will actually be given a $5 Walmart gift card that you can use to purchase these loafs that are only $1.97 each. This survey takes no longer than ten minutes. Again, you must be 18 to participate.
